Tropic Sun Towers - 2BR/2BA - Oceanfront

Located on the quiet shores of Ormond Beach just north of Daytona, Tropic Sun Towers offers visitors a relaxing retreat within access to all of the area's best attractions. During your stay, take advantage of the amenities, including a heated pool and spa, east and west sun deck areas perfect for all-day tanning, shuffleboard courts, fitness center and saunas. In addition, Tropic Sun Towers offers beach chairs, boogie boards and bicycles for rent to ensure an amazing time spent beachside. The space All 2BR/2BA units feature a Master bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and private Bathroom. The Guest bedroom includes a Queen-sized bed and shares the second Bathroom with the common areas of the unit. For added convenience, there is a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the Living area. Enjoy cooking your favorite meals in the comfort of your condo with major appliances and essentials in the unit’s fully equipped Kitchen, including Full size Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, etc. Watch your favorite shows and movies on flat-panel televisions and stay connected with free Wi-Fi. UNITS / PHOTOS Please note that this listing includes multiple weeks available. The photos reflect the interiors of several different units you might be assigned, depending on which specific week you book. However, these units all have the same basic floorplan, with the general decor and layout reflected in the photos. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Guest access This is a Resort Hotel property. Guests will have their own private unit, but resort amenities (Pool, Hot Tub, Sun Deck, Exercise room, etc) will be shared with other guests. Other things to note - Tropic Sun Towers is professionally managed and operated by Capital Vacations. The Front Desk is staffed for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance. - The Front Desk / Office is open...M-F: 7:00 am - 9:00 pm / Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 am - 9:00 pm. - Check In time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am. Please check with the resort Front Desk for any possibility of earlier unit availability and / or early use of the resort amenities during check-in days. - If you think you are going to arrive after hours (after 8pm), please contact the Front Desk and confirm the "after hours" Check In arrangements with them. The resort actually requests you contact them at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date for after-hours check-in instructions. So as your Check In date approaches, the earlier you contact them the better. - Please note that once you Check In and get access to your unit, if you encounter any issues or concerns regarding Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc…please contact the Front Desk / Office IMMEDIATELY. The staff members on-site provide the best opportunity to get any concerns resolved in the fastest and most efficient manner. - Please note that some of the photos may not be from the specific unit you will be assigned. However, they do reflect the general layout you can expect from various locations in the unit. - This is a FLOATING unit type. What that means is that you are guaranteed an OCEANFRONT 2BR/2BA, but your unit location (High or Low floor, North or South end of building, etc) and specific balcony configuration will be determined at Check In. - Up to two (2) FREE parking spaces are provided per 2BR unit rental. - Bedding linens, Blankets, Pillows are provided, as are Bath and Hand towels. If you need additional items or want fresh bedding linens or towels during your stay, please contact the Front Desk. Although bedding linens, blankets, and pillows are provided, you may want to bring some of your own if you have a favorite pillow or blanket. - If you plan on using the Sleeper sofa during your stay, I do personally recommend (if possible) bringing sheets, blankets, pillows, maybe even a mattress pad for the Sleeper sofa specifically, which can be turned into a very comfortable extra bed. It's not required to bring your own linens for the Sleeper sofa, but something that we do personally. - Utensils, Dishes, and some basic Pots and Pans are provided. If something appears to be missing, you can contact the Front Desk and possibly get it dropped off (if they have it). However, if you plan on cooking a lot of meals inside your unit, or plan any special dishes, I do recommend bringing your favorite Large Frying pan (or Large Sauté Pan, Wok, Crockpot, etc, etc) for cooking. This way you will have something you are comfortable using and you will know exactly how things will cook in it. You may also want to bring your favorite Kitchen knife(s) for food prep. - There is no daily housekeeping provided. There are Washers and Dryers available at onsite Laundry facilities. They require a nominal fee for use and can be paid via a Credit Card. If you don't bring your own laundry detergent, they do sell individual packets of laundry soap, dryer sheets, etc. - Although daily housekeeping is not provided, you can exchange your towels and bedding on a daily basis if you prefer. You just need to take them down to the Housekeeping laundry room and they will replace them for you. - There are NO rollaway/baby cots available at this property. - Pool / Beach towels are not provided. Each family should bring their own pool / beach towels - You should bring your own Beach Chairs / Beach Blankets / Umbrellas / Coolers / Equipment you want to use on the beach. If you don’t bring your own stuff, you are able to rent equipment from rental outlets nearby. - The resort offers FREE bikes for use. Bike usage can be scheduled with the Front Desk on a First Come, First Serve basis. You can use them for up to 3hrs before they need to be returned. Bikes are NOT allowed to be ridden or used in the water / ocean. - Pets are not permitted anywhere on or in the Resort property. - Smoking Policy: No Smoking in units. Smoking is allowed on outdoor balconies - Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest, along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation.
