This family cottage is great for YOUR family! Steps to Old Kelsey Point Beach, our 3-bedroom cottage sleeps 9 w/daybed on the screened-in porch. Available for Sun-Sat weekly rental only. No AC, but plenty of fans and ocean breezes! 2 bdrms have1 double/1 twin; 1 bedrm, 1 double; porch, 1 twin. Full kitchen, 3 dining areas (kitchen/outdoor table/porch); easily host group meals; yard, firepit. Outdoor shower-great after beach! Games, bikes, 1 paddle board, 2 kayaks, and ocean toys for use. The space This family cottage is just a short walk to the beach! It has 3 bedrooms; 2 upstairs bedrooms each have a double and a twin. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed, with a twin bed on the adjacent screened-in porch. The outside shower provides a nice place to rinse off after the beach, and cuts down on the shower line! With a stocked kitchen and three dining areas, you’ll have plenty of space for group meals. There is Wifi throughout; lots of board games and a smart TV for your living room entertainment. The backyard has a table and chairs, hammock, double-bench swing, and fire pit. The garage has a stand-up paddle board, 2 kayaks, inflatables, and bikes for your use! Guest access Whole house for your use, including front/back/side yard, garage with beach toys, inflatables, 2 kayaks, a paddle board, life jackets, bikes, beach chairs, and ample off-street parking. Other things to note Beach passes provided for access to the private beach. Life jackets are provided and recommended for ocean fun. Do please note that this is a charmingly rustic cottage and is not equipped with AC. Plenty of fans provided. No pets, smoking, or candles on the premises, please! Service animals always welcomed.
