The cottage is: 1h30 from Paris 20 minutes from Pont-Audemer 45 minutes from Deauville 40 minutes from Honfleur 1 hour from Caen and Rouen 1h45 from the landing beaches During school holidays (zone B) we only rent by the week, so 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday. The space The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms upstairs, 1 with double bed + baby bed and 1 with 3 single beds. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower and toilet. An equipped kitchen: oven, fridge with freezer, induction cooktop, 2 coffee makers including 1 classic filter + 1 Senseo + dining table with bench. Living room with sofa + TV + Wi-Fi + board games Outside: Garden furniture + deckchairs + barbecue + swing + slide You can park in the garden. During school holidays (zone B) we only rent by the week, so 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday. Guest access Check-in from 5 p.m. (preferably before 10 p.m.) we use the key box as a last resort. Check-out time is before 10 a.m. Other things to note The beds will be made upon arrival. Consumables are available on site to start your stay: toilet paper, sponge, cleaning products. We take care of the major cleaning (tiles, dust, cupboards, etc.), the current cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants. The house must be returned CLEAN and tidy. Please remove the sheets, clean the bathroom and kitchen, as well as the floor. We provide everything you need (vacuum cleaner, mop, products) If you wish, we can do the cleaning for you (additional €50 to be paid upon departure) Pets are welcome on request with an extra €20 per pet. Parties are not allowed. We will read the EDF meter upon arrival and departure, we will ask you to pay for your consumption upon departure.
