Description
Bluebell woods is a private secluded off grid woodland offering a real taste of tranquillity. Located within walking distance of several pubs and fantastic walking and cycling routes in the surrounding area. This getaway is ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of life, take a digital detox and enjoy spending time in nature within beautiful surroundings and local wildlife. The site is set within 5 acres of stunning woodland which neighbours Sutton reservoir. The space The Bell tent is modern and comfortable, consisting of a comfy double bed with all the linen provided. Complementary drinking water bottles, coffee, tea, sugar and milk sachets are provided in your tent upon your arrival, however if you enjoy your brews please do bring your own too as supplies we provide are limited. Outside there is a BBQ area and a Kettle so you can enjoy your morning Coffee with a view. There is also a firepit so you can cosy up in the evenings or roast some marshmallows. Onsite within a short walk there is a shared toilet and shower pod offering you the luxury of modern comfort whilst in a natural environment. The pod also contains a small kitchenette containing a sink and come cooking utensils. Guest access Strictly no venturing off the pathways for your own safety. If you do so, this will be at your own risk. Other things to note Once booking is confirmed we will send an email with access instructions, such as gate code, key safe code etc. If you have not received these 24hrs prior to your stay, please get in touch asap. A maximum of 2 small well behaved, toilet trained dogs are welcome but at an additional cost of £15 due to extra cleaning required - it also lets us know to put essentials out for dogs staying. Please add on if a dog is coming when booking. Under no circumstances should your dogs be left alone in the tent and they must not be allowed on the bed. If excessive cleaning is required due to your dogs, then this will be charged separately. No children or persons under the age of 18. Please note that the tent is situated on top of a hill and therefore there is a short walk up to your accommodation so appropriate footwear must be worn as the ground can be uneven, steep in places and slippery when wet. Unfortunately the water is not drinkable but is suitable for dogs, showering, washing up etc. we provide you with one 2.5l bottle of water for your stay. There is no heating in the tent, however hot water bottles and spare blankets are available. There is one bell tent and a cabin on site but far enough away from each other that you don’t overlook each other. It is important to note that this site is off grid and there are no electrics, therefore no fridge, TV or Wi-Fi etc. Added Extras: The following must be pre-booked no later than 48hours before your arrival so that we can add them to your stay: Log basket £15 each and contain logs, kindling and firelighters Late check out 12pm (Midday) £10 *Subject to availability* (If you would like any of the extras listed above, please let us know when you book or at your earliest opportunity) Local Pubs/Restaurants: Sutton Village Café – 0.7m (Approx 14 min walk) Sutton Hall – 0.9m (Approx 20 min walk) Ye Olde Kings Head – 1.1m (Approx 23 min walk) Church House – 1.1m (Approx 24 min walk) The Ryles Arms – 2.2m (Approx 50 min walk or 6 min Drive) Leathers Smithy – 2.7m (Approx 59 min walk or 9 min Drive)
