Beautiful Gîte on the Farm - Domaine de La Ruade

A unique experience in a green setting! The 5-person gîte is part of a large 8-hectare estate with a lovely wooded park and mini animal farm: a quiet resourceful place in the Loire region. Here an old hay cart, there the old winegrowers' barrels keeping company with the pretty rocking chairs, the hammocks to rest, our small farm and the animals... Your children will be able to wander around the estate and will be tempted by the swings hanging from the branches of one of the old oaks of the estate... The accommodation consists of three rooms & adjoining the barn. - The main room comprising a small equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee available, gas hob, TV, all the utensils to make good dishes but also dishwashing liquid, tea towels and a sponge), A sitting area with a sofa bed (extra sheets on request) and a large table for good times to share. -> mezzanine: a 160 x 200 bed with cotton gauze sheets (adults only) The very spacious bedroom includes a 160 * 200 bed & a single bed with cotton gauze sheets (possibility of a baby bed on request) The accommodation has a spacious enclosed toilet and an enclosed bathroom also accessible via the bedroom including a shower, a vanity unit & A hairdryer, shower mat, ironing board will be available to you! WiFi is free! In front of the cottage: A large terrace with brazier and rocking chair as well as an outdoor table overlooking nature. Other things to note Only persons whose names have been communicated at the time of booking will be allowed to enter.
