BBQ on your back deck after playing the"Killie"our 4 hole short-course open for unlimited play to cottage guests, then hit the 5,000 square foot courtyard putting green that stays lit until 10:00 pm. Booking guest must be at least 25 years of age. The space In addition to a gourmet kitchen and beautiful living/dining area, each cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms downstairs (each bedroom has 2 full-sized beds). There is a loft located up a spiral staircase with 2 additional full-sized beds. The loft area is open to the downstairs living area. There is a gas grill on the back deck. Stacked washer and dryer downstairs. Guest access The whole cottage is yours to use during your stay! Other things to note Each rental includes 2 tickets to the Outer Banks newest attraction, H2OBX to be used any time during your stay! As a cottage guest you will also have full access to Westside Athletic Club including tennis, pickle ball, fitness and pool!
