Other things to note RULES AND REGULATIONS Before booking or checking in, please read and understand the rules and regulations that apply at Villa Casa de Naura. Guests who have made a reservation are considered to have AGREED to the rules and regulations below here: 1. Check-in time starts at 3:00pm WIB – 8:00pm WIB if it exceeds the time it will be CANCELED, and check-out maximum 11.00 WIB (any excess check-out time is charged Rp. 100,000 per hour). 2. Maximum visit time is 9:00 pm if there is already a schedule and a prior agreement that has been agreed upon. 3. Tenants are required to keep their original identity cards (KTP/SIM/PASSPORT) with the Edelweis cluster security guard when check-in and can be picked up at check-out. 4. Maximum capacity of guests staying (including children) : - 8 people without extra beds. - 15 people with extra beds. 5. Additional Extra Bed is charged Rp. 150,000/extra bed. 6. No pets allowed in the villa. 7. Tenants who want to book are required to pay a down payment (DP) of at least 50% of the rental price and must be PAID before/at check-in. 8. Payments that have been received or DP are non-refundable. 9. Deposit payment of Rp. 300,000 at check-in. 10. Dates that have been booked cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. 11. Tenants are expected to keep and secure personal belongings. All forms damage/loss is not the responsibility of the owner of the villa. 12. Tenants are prohibited from moving/damaging villa property, Any damage or loss, the tenant is obliged to replace the value of the property in cash. 13. DO NOT bring/consume drugs and the like and other things that violate the law. 14. IT IS FORBIDDEN to hold parties/events that invite a lot of people and disturb resident comfort. 15. Please keep quiet at 9:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. WIB. 16. Please do not smoke in the room. Smoking is only allowed for outdoor areas (terraces, balconies, rooftops) and please dispose of butts and ashes in the places we have provided. 17. Please dispose of garbage in the place that we have already provided. 18. Please keep the villa clean and tidy, including not causing stains on walls, sheets, sofas, towels and carpets. 19. Please do not put any objects or liquids into the pool (soap, shampoo, food, drinks, cigarette butts, etc). 20. Security officers are authorized to reprimand guests who do not comply with these rules, and to provide information to the landlord. If it is still not heeded, the security guard is authorized to disperse/empty the guesthouse. For guests who violate, and do not heeding the security guard's reprimand, the guesthouse owner is obliged to take further action including eviction.
