Access is via the asphalt road that connects Guaçuí to Dores do Rio Preto. Just 5 km after the interchange, 10 minutes (by car) from downtown Guaçuí/ES. Bedroom 02: double bed, nightstand, lamp, standing fan, wardrobe, window overlooking the lawn and the surrounding land. Bedroom 3: single bed, standing fan, window overlooking the garage. Suite: double bed, nightstand, lamp, dresser, 32" TV, air conditioning with heater, minibar, blackout curtain, lawn view and private bathroom. Living room with kitchen, retractable sofa, 60" TV, wine cellar with wines and hot drinks, china cabinet with glasses. Full kitchen! Refrigerator with freezer, cooktop stove, oven, airfryer, blender, pots, glasses, bowls, jars, cutlery and all necessary utensils. 2 social bathrooms, 1 on the lower floor and the other on the upper floor. Service area with tanks and clothesline. Other things to note We were very happy with the choice of our farm! We hope you can have a satisfactory experience and that you live moments of great joy. To ensure that everything runs smoothly during the stay, we require all guests comply with the rules of the farm. • The stay at the farm starts at 1 p.m. on the first day of the rental and ends at 3 p.m. of the last day of the rental, regardless of the time of entry. The keys will be delivered by the host and must be returned to the host at the place to be agreed upon. • Take care of the farm as if it were your own. • In the chalet there is a list with the description of all objects and utensils available. • Any material damage that occurs on the farm during the stay will be charged separately. Therefore, inform the hosts of any damages and unforeseen occurrences in the farm and its utensils, in order to find a reasonable solution, as well as compensation for the damage that occurred. • People who are not guests are not allowed to stay on the farm. If more people need to stay, notify the hosts immediately and an amount corresponding to this stay will be charged. • The voltage of the farm is 220V, so before using electrical appliances, check the voltage of the appliance, as we are not responsible for any damage that may occur. • Hosts are not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur on the farm during the rental, such as lack of water or electricity, as the responsibility lies with the public service concessionaire. • Smoking is expressly prohibited in any part of the chalet. Therefore, we kindly ask you to use outdoor areas for this purpose. • Hosts will not be liable for guests' personal belongings or money left during the stay or forgotten after the stay. • Please turn off lights, TV, fans, air conditioning, close taps, doors and windows when you leave the farm. • Guests should not leave the accommodation in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (such as dishes with moldy food, extremely dirty, stains on the linens, etc.). • Garbage must be placed in the designated bins and guests must be mindful of the the state and amount of garbage. • For safety, the farm is monitored by 3 cameras that capture images and sounds only from the outdoor areas, ensuring total privacy in the internal premises of the chalet. • It is very important for guests to respect local neighbors. This includes avoiding events, noises, screams, slamming doors, or other behaviors and actions that disturb the peace. Thus, the use of sound is allowed only within a tolerable limit from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. We appreciate the cooperation of all guests and hope that the stay is very satisfactory.
