Relax with the whole family at our peaceful Creekside Escape. Our home is just outside of town where you can enjoy the sounds of nature, beautiful scenic sunsets, and let the kiddos run wild outside. We are close enough to make a quick run to the grocery store, less than 3 miles from Canton Lake and 2 miles from the town of Canton. The space Creekside Escape is a peaceful way to relax with the whole family. With less than 2 minutes from town and 3-4 minutes from Canton Lake, you can get the best of both worlds. Our scenic farm has some beautiful features like the shade trees, photographic sunsets, swing set, flower garden, and running creek along with an entertaining squirrel family. There’s plenty of outdoors to explore! As you walk into this 1947 home, you may notice the original charm. Hand laid oak flooring, original entry tile, and flagstone wood stove fireplace. All of these features are what made us fall in love with this creek side home. Our home features: • 4 seating Living room with smart TV login to watch your favorite programs. • Free WIFI • Fully functioning kitchen with island seating for 4 people. • 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and a futon for a 4th bed option. • 1 bath with bathroom supplies. • Foosball Table • Card/Poker Table & Chairs located in the Queen room closet. • Nintendo Gaming in Bunk Room • Board Games in Den • Reading Area in Den- but honestly any room has wonderful windows to read next to. • Desk for writing, reading or working on laptop. • Laundry with washer & dryer. • Swing set and ropes under large trees for outdoor play. • Boat Parking Available • Coming soon to our home: Outdoor firepit and outdoor dining. Guest access All upper level of the home, basement is locked due to home improvements. Other things to note • No parties or large crowd events • Checkout is at 11am • No Smoking, Vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed. • Wood burning Fireplace is not working or functioning- please do not use. • Basement is currently off limits due to it being stuck in the 1950’s era. We plan to update & add more fun features in 2025. • We ask that you please be respectful of our land and home. • Absolutely no hunting on our property. We are on a first name basis with the game wardens. • Empty trash bins, gather towels, and wash dishes before checking out.
