Welcome to our beautiful pool house in the heart of paradise. Reconnect and relax with loved ones in this cozy andy comfy retreat. Our home is equipped with everything you need to make your stay an enjoyable one. This home has three spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, along with a beautiful pool, hot tub and patio with gorgeous lake views. We are close to downtown New Port Richey, parks and many beautiful beaches. This house is perfect for two families to stay together in. The space No food or drink allowed in bathrooms. No food or drink allowed in bedrooms. No glass allowed in and around pool area. Please use plastic cups only. Only use beach balls in pool area. Hard balls not permitted as they can break the mesh screen around the pool area. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for the garage. Other things to note No Smoking inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside the home. No food or drink is allowed in the bathrooms or bedrooms. No glass around or inside the pool. No pets. Cameras are located outside the home.
