The space While in close proximity to neighboring homes, the house is situated in a tranquil setting ensuring a peaceful stay. Having personally spent time here, I can attest to the quietude and absence of any disturbances from the surrounding community, highlighting the appeal of this well-established area and its quaint, older houses. Other things to note This house has a bath tub only no stand up shower . It does have a sprayer wand in the tub . This house sets in an old neighborhood With small older homes close by . safe neighborhood as myself have stayed in the house for 3 months with no problems . Please leave doors closed to prevent pest , if you have a pest problem, please contact me immediately and we will address it. I do not see this being a problem as this house is 100% renovated and was gutted this year
