Live beside the Ocean, River & Nature. Amazing!

It is just amazing! ocean & river, 270 degrees views from sunrise to sunset. Just amazing! Steps away from ocean water but 15 m. safe on a rock hill. The birds fly close to our balconies and the view changes every second. You can swim in the river or the ocean. We have a water fall to enjoy the visit of birds, BBQ, Pizza oven The space The house has a large living room and dinning room open concept with ocean view. we have 3 bedrooms in one side of the living room and one at the other side. The bedrooms have ceiling fans. there is and option to use a/c units if desire for an aditional cost (sorry but this units consume to much energy and the cost of electricity for us is four times of a regular house) The Pool, Pizza oven and water fall have all ocean view. You can literally go down stairs and enjoy the sand and wet your feet in the ocean. Guest access You will need to provide picture IDs of each guest. Small children may have a picture as ID. Other things to note This is our private family house that we rent to families who share our rules and values. Please be aware that we have a couple of hasky dogs. very friendly. enjoy them and if you do not like dogs... just let our team know. We need to inform you that al exterior areas are controlled by a CCTV for yours and ours security.
