Completely renovated early 1900's farmhouse in Fort Atkinson on half-acre+ lot -- just a 10-minute walk to downtown. Quiet location in a neighborhood 5 blocks to restaurants, night life, grocery stores, bike/walking path, river, gym, community music and events. The space 2500+ sq. ft. slice of Americana. Large entryway with a piano (perfect to set up a "kids" table for a holiday meal). Cozy living room for 6+ guests to conversate, play games or watch TV. 1st floor office/bedroom combo with a Murphy bed and desk. Large doors that open into living room can be closed for extra privacy if working or sleeping with 1st floor 1/2 bath 5 steps away. Formal dining room with large table that seats 6 (extra folding chairs available, just let us know if you need them!). Full kitchen with granite countertops and all the amenities you could need to cook up a great meal. Laundry room has washer dryer and is just off the kitchen with a door to the back yard. On the second floor you will find the first "official" bedroom with a double bed (memory foam mattress with cooling mattress cover) and built-in clothing storage. In the hallway you will find built-in cabinets with extra linens, towels and essentials. The second bedroom has a double bed with a spring mattress (cooling memory foam mattress topper) and clothing storage. The full bath is right across the hall. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed (Dream Cloud mattress with cooling mattress cover), clothing storage and TV. Guest access During your stay you will have full access to the entire home and yard save one room upstairs, the basement (which is an old creepy basement so you wouldn't want to go down there anyway), the garage and "the barn" in the backyard.
