This accommodation is perfectly located in Gadaye-Guediawaye, 15 minutes walk from the beach and 20 minutes car drive away from the city via the VDN. You have access to Gadaye boulangerie, restaurant and phamarcy which is a 5 minutes walk. Space is located on the 3rd floor of a brand new apartment building and it is composed on the Main floor: -2 fully air-conditioned bedrooms - 1 visitor bathroom with access to hot water - 1 master bathroom with access to hot water - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, washer machine, brand new coffee amenities, etc... - a spacious corridor/entry way with access to a large closet. - a beautiful living room with 65inch Samsung tv, with access to Netflix, Prime etc... - an L shaped balcony - a beautiful cozy dining room nook in the living room.
