The newly built Chickadee allows you to experience upscale tiny living within a stones throw of some popular local attractions. While we feel the Chickadee offers plenty of privacy from the inside you should make note that it is located in the middle of a neighborhood setting and the landscaping is still being worked on though won't be disruptive to your stay. Just under a mile from downtown Gorham 20 minutes to Portland Ski, swim, shop, eat, leaf peep, hike, the activities nearby are endless The space The Chickadee was newly built this year and set up with guest experience in mind including thoughtful touches and amenities to make your stay more comfortable. Though the high ceiling and big windows may make you forget, the tiny house is well,.. tiny, and is best suited for one guest or a couple. It could also work for a family with one member on the couch and the other on the floor with the couches removable wall cushions but would be best suited for children in this scenario. Note that the stairs are uneven and would be difficult for anyone with mobility limitations. The loft area is comfortable but does require crawling to get into bed.
