Victor is your perfect home-base for all your vacation adventures. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Grand Targhee, Yellowstone & Grand Teton National Park and National Forests are all a short drive away! This townhouse is in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to downtown Victor and is the perfect setup for groups looking to get into the National Parks. Children are allowed but I do not childproof the house. The space This home is my permanent residence opposed to being a full-time short term rental managed by a property management company. The good news is my house is set up like I am hosting my own friends and family! I ask that you leave the house how you found it. Do not rearrange furniture, disrespect the space or have parties! Expect to see some personal belongings like food in the panty. All of the personal items like groceries, laundry detergent, etc. are off limits to renters. I require all Air Bnb guests to provide their own necessities. The house is also not fully childproof. I love to open my home to groups traveling through and love to give a local experience. My home is your home! Please respect it as you would respect your own home. Turn lights off when leaving, lock the doors and respect the space! Guest access Guests will have access to the house, kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. When driving to the house from Jackson, simply take a left onto West Dogwood Street. As you reach the end of the street, you'll notice a slight left turn that leads you into the neighborhood called "Trail Creek Springs," clearly marked by a rock sign. Drive into the neighborhood and follow the road. The house, located at 207, is situated on the left side of the townhouse on the corner of the loop. During your stay, I kindly request that you use the designated overflow parking lots rather than the driveway. Additionally, please avoid parking on the street whenever possible. We recommend not setting it higher than 63 degrees. Please remember to lower the temperature when you leave the house. The cooling option is forced air, rather than air conditioning. Take a left onto West Dogwood Street if coming from Jackson. At the end of the street, slightly veer left to enter the "Trail Creek Springs" neighborhood, marked by a rock sign. Follow the road until you reach the corner of the loop where the house is located on the left side (207). Pets: sometimes there are pets visiting on property. This home is our primary residence when we are in town so there will be some personal items in the common space (ie food in the pantry, photos in the cabinets, etc.). I am attaching all your necessary check in info below. Please read these check in instructions carefully! You are more than welcome to check in anytime after 3pm. We are typically available to respond to messages between 9am-9pm but everything you need is below. -PARKING: Please park in the driveway and be respectful to not block the neighbors. Overnight street parking is prohibited. If you have more than two cars please use the guest parking lots around the neighborhood. There is a small parking lot reserved for guests directly behind my home! -ROOMS: There are three bedrooms upstairs (elk, bear and mountains). The locked bedroom and garage on the main level are off limits. The main floor common space (ie laundry room, kitchen, living room, etc.) is where you will find some personal items of ours. Please be respectful of these. All groceries and pantry items are off limits. Feel free to use essentials! -There is a thermostat at the bottom and top of the stairs. I would not recommend putting it higher than 65. The “cool” option is not AC and will just blow air out. Please turn off when you leave the house. The fireplace is off limits, please do not touch that thermostat. You are more than welcome to use the grill on the porch however please be careful and make sure the propane gets turned off. -CHECK OUT: 10am. Please return keys to lockbox outside, turn off lights/appliances and lock all doors. Leave the house how you found it if possible! Included is detailed directions in case Google Maps leads you to the wrong place! When driving to the house take a left onto West Dogwood street if you are coming from Jackson. At the end of the street you can slightly veer left and enter the neighborhood “Trail Creek Springs” which is labeled on a rock. Drive into the neighborhood and follow the road. House Rules: Quiet Hours: Kindly observe quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone's rest. Adult-Oriented Accommodation: The space is exclusively for adult guests. I regret that it is not suitable for children. Doors Closed Policy: For the safety and well-being of our animals, I strictly enforce a policy of keeping all doors closed to prevent them from venturing outside. Restricted Access: Please respect the privacy of other guests and residents by refraining from accessing the other bedrooms and the garage. Fireplace Limitations: I kindly request that guests refrain from using the fireplace, as it is not available for guest use.
