Our large 3* family home, surrounded by century-old olive trees, can accommodate 8 people and 1 or 2 babies. For this reduced occupancy, you will have 3 bedrooms at your disposal, 2 other bedrooms will be closed. The whole is fully air-conditioned and is exclusively reserved for you. Our 2nd advert "Friendly and spacious villa near Hyères" offers it with its 5 bedrooms for 12 people. The space From June 14 to August 31, full week rental Saturday - Saturday. Off-season, short stays are possible for 4 or 5 nights minimum depending on the period, the arrival day is free. Built around an old sheepfold made of Provencal stone, the villa was completely renovated in 2013, with improvements made every year. Since 2025, both levels of the house have been air-conditioned. On the main level, you will find the large living room of 50m2, bright and open by large sliding bay windows onto a spacious terrace on the south side: dining room area, fully equipped open kitchen, 2 fridge-freezers, rest area with view of the olive grove, 1 semi-open living room, TV, reading and games. The terrace, shaded by a large adjustable parasol, allows for convivial meals lulled by the song of the cicadas. The summer kitchen, covered with a tiled awning is 2 steps away and offers a superb view of the valley and the surrounding hills: built barbecue, plancha, refrigerator, hob, sink, small dining table. On this same level 1 double bedroom and a bathroom (sink, shower, WC) will be at your disposal. You will access the lower level (the old sheepfold) by a secure interior staircase. The 2 bedrooms with glass doors, open onto a large terrace in pebbles of the Durance, unobstructed view of the hills and the valley. You will find on this level 1 bathroom, shower and bathtub, 1 separate WC, 1 laundry room. BEDS They are distributed in 3 large bedrooms: 1 double bed 140 (main level) 1 double bed 160 (Ground floor) 2 bunk beds (Ground floor) 2 twin single beds (Ground floor) 1 single bed (Ground floor) 1 travel cot 1 baby bed Main level: Bedroom 1, approx. 15m2, double bed 140, en-suite bathroom and WC 2 bedrooms on the ground floor: Bedroom 2: approx. 18m2, 2 twin beds + 2 bunk beds + dressing room. Bedroom 3: approx. 18m2, 1 bed 160 + single bed. All bedding is recent and of good quality. For our baby friends: 2 high chairs, 1 bathtub, 2 potties and changing mat. 1 travel cot can be placed in either bedroom as needed. Also: a play area has been set up on the ground floor for young children. GARDEN AND POOL A magnificent olive grove in terraces supported by dry stone walls, surrounds the villa and its leisure areas. A small portico for toddlers is located at the end of the large main terrace. The saltwater swimming pool (10x3.5m, depth from 1.20m to 1.90m), unheated, open from the end of May to mid-October, is completely protected (barriers and secure gate) for a peaceful holiday, even with young children. It is shaded by 2 plane trees: wide beaches, deckchairs, sun loungers, hammocks, outdoor lighting, a magnificent view, an invitation to laze around... A shower room, toilets and a storage room (outdoor and swimming pool equipment) are in the immediate vicinity. AUTUMN/WINTER The villa is comfortable and well heated. The living room is pleasant, with a flat screen TV and a stove for evenings by the fir Guest access The whole is for the exclusive use of holidaymakers. In this reduced configuration, only 2 of the bedrooms will be closed, all other spaces and equipment will be accessible to you. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults or children + 1 or 2 BB. End-of-stay cleaning and linen are included.
