With 256 square footage of cozy indoor/outdoor living space, it features: A comfy full-sized bed with memory foam mattress and plush linens for a restful night's sleep. A fully equipped kitchenette with a full-sized fridge, microwave air fryer oven, coffee maker, cooktop stove, and all the essentials for preparing simple meals. A modern bathroom with a hot shower, fresh towels, and toiletries provided. A cozy living area with a smart TV (Roku) and high-speed Wi-Fi for your entertainment and connectivity needs. Step outside and enjoy the serene surroundings from your private patio. Our outdoor space includes: A lovely seating area with a table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Beautiful gardens and greenery that provide a peaceful and private retreat. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire tiny house and outdoor patio. We offer self-check-in with a smart lock for your convenience. Feel free to enjoy the entire pond area along with our cornhole and bocce ball sets. Feel free to use the snorkel equipment and beach towels. Located in a quiet and friendly area, our tiny house is a short drive from the city center, offering the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. Other things to note Free parking is available on the premises. If you need an additional parking spot for another car, trailer, or boat, please let us know. Trucks can park with trailers hooked up. Complimentary coffee and tea provided. Air conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable year-round. Pet-friendly upon request. No smoking or vaping inside the house. Please limit smoking or vaping to the outdoor patio. No parties or events. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
