Welcome to the ideal Northern Michigan getaway! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located next to the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa with views of the Spruce Run Golf Course. It sleeps 8 and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our condo is the perfect home base for enjoying all the adventures that the Traverse City area has to offer. Dive into golf, hiking, biking, beaches, shopping, skiing, etc! There are many breweries, wineries, and amazing restaurants nearby as well. The space Located on the top floor of the building, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo features vaulted ceilings on the main level. The private patio overlooks the Spruce Run Golf Course and is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and relax. The main level includes a fully equipped and functional kitchen. There is a queen bedroom with a tv and ample storage and closet space. The full bath is just across the hall. The dining area opens up to the light and bright living room where you’ll find comfortable seating, a 65’’ smart tv, and access to the private patio. Upstairs in the loft area, there is another queen bed and plenty of space which overlooks the living room. Please note this is not a private bedroom because it’s a loft. There is an adjoining full bath with a large sink area and closet space. Connected to the loft is another bedroom, which provides two twin beds and dressers for storage. The living room has a sofa bed to sleep 2 more people if needed. Linens/pillows for the sofa can be found in the main floor bedroom closet. In both bathrooms, the toilet and shower are behind their own door, which is helpful when others are getting ready. We would love to host you for your next getaway and hope you enjoy this beautiful area as much as we do! Things to note: •Brand new laundry area upstairs with washer/dryer. •All linens and bath towels are provided. •Toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, trash bags, and some coffee pods are provided. If you need more than what’s stocked for you, you’ll have to purchase those on your own. •The fireplace is not to be used at this time. •We are located on the top floor of the complex, so be advised there are 3 sets of 7 stairs before entering the condo. •Though we are located right near the Grand Traverse Resort, we are not affiliated with it. •No pets of any kind allowed per association rules. Guest access You will have access to the entire condo aside from the owners storage closet.
