The space Casa da Cacá is a spacious, bright, airy, cozy apartment full of plants. The apartment contains: 4 private suites + living and dining room + American kitchen + toilet + service area. Here’s how it works: We have the private area that only you have access to and the common area. * Private area is the suite you booked. (suite means bedroom with bathroom inside). * The common area is the rest of the apartment. Like the kitchen and living room. Suite B * Room with 13 m² * Private bathroom * Air conditioning * Smart TV with antenna for local channels * Desk * Full-length mirror * Queen size bed * Good quality bed and bath linens * Open wardrobe with 10 hangers * Floor hanger * A large window that offers a privileged view on full moon nights * Super ventilated * Blackout curtain * Additional accommodations: from the 3rd person, we provide a mattress on the floor. Guest access CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT: :: APARTMENT :: You can enter and exit the apartment at any time. The common areas (living room, kitchen, toilet) are always available to relax, wait, or leave your luggage. :: ROOM :: **Check-in: from 3 p.m. In most cases, we are able to release it after 1 p.m. **Check-out: until 12 noon This time is fixed and cannot be changed. During your stay I will always be available online to assist with anything you need throughout your stay. Most of the time I'm in the apartment and available to help in person as well. At times I may be traveling, but this does not affect my online availability — I will always be around to offer support and ensure a great experience. Other things to note I offer: * I have a garage.
