Situated on the prestigious 5-star Hoburne Naish Park in Barton on Sea, Hampshire, this welcoming retreat is perfect for families (and one small to medium, well-trained dog!) looking to relax, explore and make special memories together. A Home Designed for Family Time - ‘Cerasus’ comfortably sleeps four across two bedrooms, with an additional small double sofa bed in the lounge for up to two extra guests (please bring bedding if you plan to use it). From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice this isn’t your typical holiday home - it’s thoughtfully equipped with high-quality fixtures and all the comforts you need for an easy, stress-free stay. Step inside to a bright, open-plan living space - perfect for keeping everyone together whether you're cooking, relaxing or planning the day’s adventures. The fully equipped kitchen makes family mealtimes simple and enjoyable. Whether you’re preparing quick breakfasts before heading out or cooking a full family feast, you’ll have everything you need: Full-size double oven and gas hob Microwave Large fridge/freezer Plenty of crockery, glasses, pots and pans Cafetière and Dolce Gusto coffee machine (with a few starter pods, bring your own favourites too!) The dining area, with fixed seating and an additional bench, ensures there’s room for everyone - ideal for meals, board games or sharing stories from the day. Cosy Evenings In - The lounge is the heart of the home - bright, welcoming and made for family downtime. The large L-shaped sofa is perfect for movie nights, reading together or simply relaxing by the electric fire. Bring your Firestick for your favourite shows, or make use of the selection of games, cards and children’s activities provided to keep everyone entertained (just please leave them for others to use after you). Comfortable Spaces for Restful Nights - Master bedroom: King-size bed, private en-suite WC/basin and generous wardrobe space. Twin bedroom: Two single beds (slightly narrower than standard), ideal for children. Travelling with little ones? We’ve thought of that too. A travel cot and booster seat are available (just let us know when booking and remember to bring cot bedding). The main shower room features a spacious shower - perfect for rinsing off sandy toes after a beach day! Safe Outdoor Space for Little Explorers - Step out onto the sunny wrap-around deck - a secure, gated space where children can play safely while you relax nearby. Enjoy morning coffee on the love seat, family meals at the outdoor table, or evening drinks as the sun sets. Guest access There is plenty of free parking directly in front our holiday home with no designated parking spaces. Park facilities - pool, gym, entertainment are available for your use if you have purchased leisure passes. Other things to note This property is privately owned but the owners have enlisted the help of Sue Williams of Unrivalled Holiday Homes to manage their bookings & property for them. All correspondence will be dealt with by Sue. Once you have made your booking you will be asked for your email address in order to be sent further information. This information includes a booking form asking for personal details in order to apply to Hoburne (owner of the site) for the leisure & car parking passes, as required by them for all guests staying on their sites. It will also provide all the information on the costs and payment requirements for the leisure passes which are dealt with by Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes. The leisure passes, required for all guests, cost £66 for up to 6 guests for up to 7 nights (NOT per person). Payment will be made directly to Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes who then applies for the passes for you as our guests. We require at least 1 weeks’ notice to process the passes which will be available for you to collect from reception on your arrival. All water and electric charges are included in your holiday rental charge but please be mindful of leaving lights and the heating on when you're out, both for environmental reasons but also because of rising energy prices!
