Efficiency room with private entrance and bathroom, small kitchenette, queen size bed. Come share our private beach and dock on lake James. Feel free to use one of our kayaks or rent a boat from the marina. Private community with community pool and dock. There are two state parks and dozens of bike and hiking trails along the lake shore . Mt Mitchell, the highest mountain east of the Rockies and Linville falls and gorge are each less than an hours drive away. The space Private room in a new house on the lake. Guest access This room is on the ground floor and requires use of stairs to access it. The lower deck is available for you to enjoy. Lake access is from left side of property. The fire pit can be used if desired There is no overnight parking on the street Other things to note We are on a hill overlooking the lake. The trail to the lake is fairly steep with 134 steps and not handicapped accessible. This is a Non smoking property. No smoking in apartment or on property. No pets
