Unique guesthouse with lush garden

We warmly welcome you to our guest house, beautifully located at the end of a cul-de-sac on Nordstrand, near Ekeberg. Here you can enjoy a peaceful and child-friendly environment, shielded from the noise of traffic. The guest house also has access to our lush garden, perfect for relaxing moments outdoors. The guest house was built in 2016 and has an efficient use of space that makes it ideal for a larger travel group, but it is also ideal for those traveling alone or in couples. The space Amenities: - We have two double beds (180 cm), a large single bed (120 cm), and a small single bed (90 cm). PS: there are no dedicated bedrooms. - Well-equipped kitchen with stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, etc. We have a dining area with a practical table that can be taken out to accommodate more people. - Living room with sofa, armchairs and TV with RiksTV and Chromecast. - Workstation for home office. - Nice bathroom with rain shower. Washer and dryer are installed. 120 liter hot water tank. - Air conditioning - Garden with barbecue, toys, and a swing for the little ones (at your own risk). Location: - Only a 6-minute walk to the tram, which takes you to Oslo city center in 15 minutes. - 20 minutes walk to scenic Ekeberg. - 25 minutes walk to Nordstrand beach, Lambertseter shopping center and Sæter square. Parking: - Private parking space at the guest house. - Possibility of additional parking spaces if needed, specify the number of cars when booking. - Municipal electric car charging station in the street by the house (100 meters away). Other things to note Use of the garden room can be agreed with the host. We can also be helpful with childcare/animal care, and driving to nearby areas for an extra fee. 120 liter hot water tank.
