(bring your own log-in) - Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, salts, and peppers. - Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hair dryer, and shampoo/conditioner, soap. - Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent. - Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking Check in time 5pm Check out 11am Other things to note - Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed. - Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. - Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house. - No parties allowed. - We don't allow visitors. - No pets. - No smoke inside of the property (if guests smoke inside we will charge a fee). - No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis either). - Locals must contact us before booking. - We are required to take out the shoes inside of the property, especially on the second floor. - We have ring doorbell cameras for security reasons. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
