Perched on the sides of the slopes of the Morne Jaloux hills lies Spicy Haven. It is a two-story building erected to catch the gentle breezes throughout the day. The apartment is on the ground floor via a climb of 5 steps. Guests can wake up to the crowing of the roosters or go to sleep with the restful chirping of the various insects in the area. After a long day, you can relax on the verandah and enjoy the amazing sunset and the varying shades of green among which we are surrounded. The space We are located in close proximity to Grenada's capital, St. George's, in a very quiet and relatively safe neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Yet, we are not so far away that would prevent us from participating in any activity that may interest us. We are about a 7 minute walk to the local grocery store and bus stop which will take you to the town of St. George. Buses are available throughout the day and up to about 9.00 p.m. at nights. Also, Port Louis Marina is within walking distance from Spicy Haven. The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, a private bathroom, living and dining areas. The kitchen features a 4-burner stove with an oven, microwave oven, kettle, blender and a full -size refrigerator. Guest access Guests have access to the ground floor of the house. You can relax on the verandah or even take a walk in the gardens while having your morning coffee. Additional services include: (a) laundry facilities on site for an additional charge of EC$10.00 per load per week and you can enjoy sun-dried laundry (b) house cleaning can be arranged, at your request, for an additional charge (c) loads of tips on island fun, scenic sights and other activities Other things to note While the neighborhood is quite safe, please pay attention to your surroundings at all times. A pleasant 'good morning or good afternoon' will definitely endear you to them. I have three pet dogs whose names are Peaches, the oldest. She is quite friendly so you have nothing to fear from her. The others (puppies) are Gina (aka Gigi) and Tarley. Please ensure that you keep the gate closed because they love shoes.
