In a nice house of the XIXth century, in the heart of the city of Rennes, near movie theaters and theaters, you are wellcome in an exceptionnal guest room : this nice place is near the medieval streets, the cathedral and Saint Yves Church. You will appreciate the environnement of this ancient and quiet renovated flat with its parquets, its marble chimney decorated with beautiful furniture, and its double glazing. We will be happy to help you plan your time here – just ask – travel, dining, tickets, events... and the tourist information center is just near our flat. It is also possible to have an Internet access. The yellow and gold room : This 24m2 very spacious room has a very large bed (1,90 x 2 m) with mattress, bolsters, pillows and hypoallergic feather bed. There is also inside an end of bed (bench) from Greek islands, a bedside table, a pier glass, a large wardrobe, a writing dress, an armchair and wild silk curtains. With this room, you will have a large bathroom with walk-in shower and free-standing bath. There is also a WC /toilet. Fluffy towels and fresh linen provided. Hairdryer available. A 12m2 nice room can be added to the first room to do a family suite (60€ extra).
