The space You’ll be comfortable in this well appointed 1 bedroom apartment and enjoy views of Mount Cootha from your balcony. Guests rate the Queen sized bed as ‘super comfy’ and tell me it’s the ‘best sleep I’ve had in ages’. You’ll also enjoy high speed internet, Chromecast to the TV and a retro record player with a selection of vinyl records. In the building complex you’ll find 2 swimming pools (complete with sun lounges) BBQ facilities, lush grounds and a gym. There is free, secure, onsite parking under the building in a dedicated bay for the apartment. In the local area you’ll be spoiled for choice with many restaurants and cafes and a Woolworths and BWS across the street. There’s also a chemist, hair salon, frozen yoghurt and bubble tea shop! I’ll supply a small ‘starter pack’ of basic items, including bread and spreads, tea, coffee and long life milk as well as cooking oil & salt & pepper. There is also a starter pack of toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner and dishwasher tablets etc, for you to use until you can get to the shops yourself. Guest access You’ll have full access to the apartment, grounds, 2 pools and gym, as well as the free, secure parking garage located under the building. You’ll use the lift to get to your apartment on the 10th floor. There is step free access to the building and the apartment. Other things to note Free, secure parking is included under the building. Free electric EV charging is available. This is a pet free apartment due to allergy concerns. NO Pets - $300 fine NO Smoking - $150 fine NO Parties/Events - $500 fine Key or fob or garage clicker loss - $300 replacement fee Lockout assistance - $80 (9am-8pm), $120 after hours Exit Clean Only: Wash all used dishes and remove rubbish. Extra cleaning fee $100 if required. The sofa is a sofa bed and suitable to be used by a child or young teenager.
