The space The house is distributed over three floors as follows: on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a guest bathroom, a study or home office area and a patio, as well as a laundry area. The house has three bedrooms with a total of 3 beds and an upstairs TV room with a sofa bed, where everyone can relax. It also has three full bathrooms and a half bathroom. On the third floor, there is an open roof garden space for socializing, a barbecue and an outdoor dining room await you in this charming outdoor space. You will love the freshness of this place, the beautiful panoramic views of the region and the comfort it offers for the whole family to spend time together. Also, on the ground floor we have a closed patio for the use of our guests. Enjoy unforgettable moments surrounded by nature and a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. We have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible and make you feel at home. The pool and gym area are located in the condominium's private area and you have access to all these amenities when staying at this accommodation. The golf course is a separate service located in the area and prices and availability are directly at the golf course's service office. We look forward to welcoming you to our home, feel confident. The house has everything you need for your arrival, however, we ask you to organize your purchases in case you are staying several days and need more than one item. The condo is a very quiet family place. We care a lot about maintaining order and harmony in the environment so that you can enjoy it healthily. Zibata is a pet-friendly community, so it's very important to keep dogs on a leash and to pick up their waste. Inside the condominium and inside Zibata itself, you will find modules where you can take bags for your pet's waste as well as dispose of the used ones. A 10-minute drive away are different supermarkets such as HEB, La Comer, and Chedraui, as well as the Paseo Querétaro shopping plaza. We're very close to everything thanks to the fast roads. About 15 minutes from Antea LifeStyle Center, 20 minutes from downtown and half an hour from Querétaro's cheese and wine route and its colonial haciendas. It's easy to get around by car or Uber to get to Zibatá. Once inside, we have 40km of bike paths and routes to walk among cacti and nature. Close to the house are shopping plazas and there are many home services so you can enjoy the tranquility during your stay. The house is located within a private condominium where security is paramount and where you can walk freely and peacefully. Because of this, in order to access the house we will request official identification and vehicle details (plates, model and color) to make an entry record and facilitate entry to your reservation.
