Cozy suite with private entry in a peaceful residential neighborhood. Close to many delicious restaurants, stores, and theater! Nearby attractions include Dulles Airport, The Winery at Bull Run, Splashdown Waterpark, Spas like Spa World and King Spa, Westfield Golf Club, and Jiffy Lube Live The space The bedroom has a comfortable memory foam mattress with pillows and comforter. The living room has a large comfortable sofa and also features a kitchenette with a portable induction, microwave, and fridge/freezer with basic cooking equipment, and a small table with chairs for eating. Washer/Dryer is also located on the hallway. Guest access Living room area, bathroom, bedroom, laundry. Upstairs is off limits. Other things to note Parking: There is street parking available right by the entrance to the neighborhood, which is a very short walk (1-2 min) to the property. Please DO NOT park in the designated parking spots. Your vehicle may get towed as permits are required. Please be advised that there are motion-activated lights that will trigger once you get close to the entrance of the unit, but the walkway to the entrance may be slightly dark and is unfortunately something that we cannot control. Inside the unit, the hallway has doors to the bedroom, bathroom, and living room area. These are not shared with others. While we will try our best to respect your privacy, we MAY have to access the hallway space as the laundry is a shared space, especially for longer stays. Also, though extremely unlikely, there is a panel we may have to access in the living room area as well. For this, we will do our best to contact or make attempts (knock/verbally communicate/message) to make sure it is known that we will be accessing the area. Please keep doors shut for complete privacy. This space is cooler than other parts of the house, and although the thermostat cannot be controlled from this area, we can provide a portable heater/fan upon request. Please note that smoking is prohibited in our listing!
