Cozy studio in Berkeley Hills

This efficient, cozy studio is located in the Berkeley Hills near Tilden Park. It is a great place for individuals or couples visiting UC Berkeley who have a car for transportation. Complete with a king-sized bed, a small desk, a kitchenette and full bath, you'll have what you need for a short stay. The studio is attached to our family home, so we welcome guests who will be quiet at night and who will respect our privacy. The space The studio has a vaulted ceiling and is located above our garage. Access is through our backyard. Guest access You'll enter and exit through our backyard. Feel free to use the laundry room and the studio upstairs from the laundry room. All other areas are off limits to guests. Thank you.
