Havayah Center Villa

The house is in the Hararit settlement located on the edge of the mountain in front of a breathtaking view of the Galilee. The place is spacious and suitable for families, with lots of room to spend time together. The house is located in the heart of a large and private area with a breathtaking view overlooking the Beit Netofa valley, the Arbel, the Kinneret, and the Golan Heights. A large, well-kept yard with several different levels, a pool, and a vineyard with a luxurious seating area. The house can fit a large family or several small ones. You can also rent the suite downstairs, which is a separate apartment that can accommodate 10 more people... talk to us if you're interested. The space A wooden house with 2 floors, very spacious and air-conditioned. There are large windows with a stunning view and good air flow. Lower floor with large living room, dining area with table that opens up to 15 people, spacious kitchen with an island with 4 seats. Toilet, laundry room and master unit with an attached dimension and a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The top floor has 3 bedrooms - 2 of which include a double bed and the third a fold-out guest bed. There is a toilet with a shower and a small children's living room with a projector for movies and series (with Netflix) and shelves full of games. You can add mattresses in the various spaces. This is our beloved home and we expect, of course, to treat our home with the utmost respect and to keep it as if it were your home. We're sure you'll enjoy it a lot! Guest access The whole yard is at your disposal - there are plenty of places to hang out. The lawn under the house is pleasant and partially shaded - it is next to the studio - the Galilee suite (one large and separate space apartment, can comfortably accommodate up to 13 people. Ask us if you're interested) Below is a beautiful compound with a huge table for meals under a pastoral vine arbor with an outdoor kitchen - a sink and a work surface and a barbecue and next to it the fun pool compound. The pool area is fenced and divided into two levels - the first is a place to sit and warm up in the sun and the second is the pool itself. Behind the pool is our chicken coop. Below is an orchard of fruit trees and another area to walk around with a gorgeous view. All levels are networked with pleasant garden lighting and power outlets. Other things to note No parties and noisy events. There are two cute cats (Falafel and Motzamotz) that hang around the yard and come to eat. There's food in the cabinet outside. Anyway, they're not coming in the house. There's a chicken coop near the pool area, please don't feed them. You're welcome to take eggs. No fires allowed
