The space Our home is an ideal four-season getaway! Less than minutes to incredible hiking and 13 minutes to awesome skiing and year-round activities at Belleayre Mountain. Added bonus is the well-known restaurant at Urban Cowboy and their newest addition, Ralph’s Bar & Bowling is right across the road. Dandelion at Eastwind and Peekamoose are just a few minutes away and Full Moon Resort, a premier wedding and musical destination in the Catskills, is not even a mile down the road. Enjoy other activities such as Rail Explorers, Belleayre Beach, hiking, biking, kayaking, spas, yoga, antiquing and pure nature. There are always new places to discover and the Green Valley House is your perfect home base. It is also 30 minutes to Hunter and Plattekill mountains. Visit the many restaurants, farmers markets and boutiques in towns along Route 28 (Pine Hill, Phoenicia and Margaretville, to name a few). THE SPACE Enjoy your tour of The Green Valley House. It is a family-friendly home nestled on the main road which makes it easy to find. It includes two bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, new appliances, WiFi, streaming TVs, indoor wood burning stove, backyard fire pit and pond. NEW for summer 2025 - a wrap around deck for outdoor dining and relaxing! Enter the main living space which has high ceilings, open concept and lots of light. Two cozy bedrooms, full bathroom and laundry room are located at the back of the house. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds with new linens, pillows and blankets and ceiling fans. The kitchen includes new appliances (stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave), All-Clad pot set, bar utensils, coffee maker and toaster. High speed WiFi and two TVs with streaming capabilities. Board games, crayons and books available for guest use. Grab a coffee and head outside in the morning to watch the fish swim in the pond or make s’mores and stargaze around the fire pit at night. Other things to note Our home does not have central air conditioning; however the home does stay cooler with surrounding mountains. Ceiling fans are located in both bedrooms and the living room. Our home does sit close to the road, but we find it quiet even with a few passing cars. Our backyard is big enough to feel quaint and not too exposed. Parking: driveway is gravel and can fit two standard SUV sized cars. The pond is not for swimming.
