The Downtown Troy "Dorm Room"

A Dorm Room-style, Budget friendly crash pad that will allow you to enjoy easy access to RPI and everything in downtown Troy from this perfectly located home base. The space We affectionately call this unit the "Dorm Room". It's a former office converted into a minimalist style dorm room in a private 2-story apartment building. Located central to everything in downtown Troy, and just a quick walk to the Bus Stops, local restaurants, shopping, bar scene, and entertainment. The studio is a dorm room is located on the first floor of the building behind a private event space and comes with a private shower room, a private bathroom, a smart TV, wifi, and a microwave and mini-fridge. The Dorm Room does not include a work space, space to hang your clothes, or windows. There is no living room, and the hallway areas that provide access to the shower room and bathroom are shared hallways that allow guests who book the adjacent suite to access their bathroom. The Dorm Room is the best deal in downtown Troy and was created to provide an affordable way to allow cash constrained visitors to access and enjoy downtown Troy and the Albany capital region. A private space to sleep at night, with easy access to all of Troy's fun spots by day. Please note, absolutely NO PETS. Guest access 1) This suite is situated behind a co-working and private event space. 2) The Dorm Room has central heat and a fan, but there is no central AC. 3) Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Checkout is at 10am but we offer a complimentary extension to 11am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. 4) If you'd like to pay to check out later, the latest we can do is 1pm, at $25 per hour. Please let us know one day in advance before 5pm if this is something you'd like to arrange! 5) Our core hosting value is to be a good neighbor. We extend this 5-star experience to you, our guests, as well as our property partners. This means we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside of the suite. The number of people inside the suite may not exceed the reserved guest amount at any time. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. If removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense.
