In this guest house, with its independent entrance, large single-story gîte, 3 Stars, 81 m2, ideally for a couple and two children. Well equipped, with its fireplace and bread oven, two independent bedrooms, this fully renovated cottage offers all the modern comforts desired for a pleasant stay, central heating. Well-equipped 55 m2 games room, wooded park, note that the swimming pool is only open from June to September, shared with our 2 other lodges. The space Beautiful Quality Gîte reclassified by Atout France via Doubs Tourisme at the beginning of 2025 in 3 Stars (guarantee of guaranteed quality). It includes its entrance hall, large living room with seating area and built-in kitchen, bathroom with new Italian shower, new separate toilet, two bedrooms. One so-called parental bed with 160X200 bed and the other called children's room with two single beds, one in 110 X190 and the other in 90X190, wardrobe + desk area. Central heating with individual control, wood provided for the pleasure fireplace (very nice in winter). The house is located at the end of a wooded park of nearly one hectare. For summer you will find the pool, its pool house and picnic sites with table-banks-parasol-barbecue. Guest access We have a rule to physically welcome our guests and to interact with them a minimum. Exceptionally, a lockbox is available in case of inability to be present. In this imposing house from 1791 (refurbished) your entrance is independent with free private parking space. Look for the sign for the place called "Le Petit Sarrageois", you are almost there, just locate the beautiful house with a stone facade, you are at our place. Park on the Gîtes de France sign side, call me on my mobile and I will arrive very quickly on site. Other things to note Please note that in our vacation home, you have two other Cottages. All are completely independent and very well insulated. The wooded park, swimming pool, pool house, swing, garden, games room, picnic areas are common areas for our vacationers.
