Welcome to our retreat! A newly built 3br/2ba home sitting on 200 private acres on a beautiful recreational lake. Tons of exploring options, nearby fishing, close to beaches, and springs. Peace and quiet. 2 min away, our neighbor offer a private dock/boat launch for $5 dollars a car. 40 minutes away are beautiful beaches. Crystal clear springs nearby. Enjoy the beach, shops/food, stop by the dock to fish, then relax on your own private 200 wooded acres and take a nature hike. The space Master - Queen bed with attached bathroom Guest 1 - Full size bunk bed Guest 2 - Queen bunk bed - this is a difficult bed to get into. Really should be reserved for kids or those who are really athletic. Living room - Queen sofa sleeper Bath 1 - Master/Guest access - large shower Bath 2 - Guest access - bathtub/shower Guest access You will have access to the entire home and 200 private wooded acres!! Other things to note We have Wi-Fi! But we do NOT have TV. Of course you could stream TV/movies onto a laptop if you bring one, but we’ll leave that up to you! :)
