Check out is 10 A.M. Rooms are assigned at check-in, with no substitutions from your original reservation allowed. All bookings are done through the owner, not the resort. The front desk staff cannot extend your stay or refund for leaving early. They also cannot change the name of the guest checking in. Wyndham does run your credit card at check-in for a $250 security deposit. It is refundable after check-out if there are no damages or charges. This usually takes up to 5 business days to process.
