Great home to unwind, relax and enjoy the pool/spa

Welcome to our home in La Quinta, a place to stay, relax and enjoy your time away from home. Here, you'll have a beautiful mountain view as you enjoy your morning coffee/tea, take a dip in the pool or just relax in the hot tub. The house is at the top of the cove, steps away from great hiking and biking trails, weather you're an avid hiker/cyclist or just enjoy a pleasant walk/ride during sunrise or sunset. You're also a 5 min. drive to Old Town La Quinta, which has some great restaurants. The space Our home comes with 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, a lovely back yard, pool, and hot tub, as well as a two car garage. The Primary bedroom has its en-suite bathroom and step-in shower and a nice size walk-in closet. A Cal King size bed and two comfortable barrel chairs. The two guest bedrooms come with queen size beds, their own closet space, and are separated by a shared guest bathroom in between them. All bedrooms have their own smart TV's, which come with free channels provided by Samsung TV Plus, however, you can also connect to your personal streaming services. The living area is an open concept style, so weather you're on the couch, in the kitchen or at the dining table, you'll always be able see and interact with everyone. The kitchen comes with most common small appliances, as well as most commonly used kitchenware. If you'd like to spend sometime outside the main house, the backyard has a great seating area by the breezeway or by the outdoor fireplace. There is also a hammock for 2 where you can relax and a grill to cook your favorite meats and/or vegetables. The front of the house has the pool and hot tub, as well as a couple lounge chairs to take in the sun and a couple pool floats to enjoy your time in the pool without jumping in. Guest access You're able to access all areas of the home. Other things to note If looking to have the pool heated during your stay, we do have a $50/day fee, however, there is no additional fee for using the hot tub. We also have a pool cleaning service that shows up twice a week, pest control that comes once a month and landscaping service that shows up twice a month. Registration Details 226478
