The space This open-concept beach house has everything you need for a fun and easy getaway: • 2 bedrooms + sunroom with extra sleep space • Bunkhouse out back for more guests • Pull-out beds for added sleep space • 3/4 bathroom with hot water (well water, but municipal sewer—no need to conserve!) • Cozy living room with pull out couch • Full kitchen stocked with all essentials • Outdoor kitchen for summer cooking, complete with even more appliances • The dreamiest pergola EVER with cozy seating, hammocks, and hammock chairs OR swings • Spacious front yard with plenty of parking • “Fun Zone” shed full of toys, sports gear, and outdoor activities • 2 portable A/C units to keep you cool on hot days • Pool available for use by request. *extra cleaning fee is required to use • Propane fire pit (perfect during fire bans), BBQ, and 3-burner outdoor stovetop • Outdoor fire pit-firewood supplied Extras to know: • Water cooler with extra filled jugs-well water is NOT drinkable • Just steps from shops, pubs, the beach, and play areas • Fully stocked with board games, toys, DVDs, and electronics for rainy days (No Wi-Fi, but great phone signal for data!)
