The space This home has 2 dedicated bedrooms with queen memory foam mattresses and 1 bathroom with a total of 716 sq feet of living space including a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. Smart TVs are available in each bedroom and the living room for guests to login to their streaming services or select from several free streaming channels. This home is equipped with a smart lock for easy self-check in, heating and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, as well as exterior Ring video cameras with audio recording in the front and back yard for safety/security. One off-street parking space is available in front of the garage and street parking is allowed for other vehicles. Guest access Guests have access to home as well as front yard and designated back yard area. Other things to note This home is pet-friendly upon approval from the Host. Pet fees must be paid prior to check-in by adding your pets to the reservation. Dogs must be on leash while in front yard and closely supervised if in the designated fenced back yard space. All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of prior to check-out. If pet waste is left in the yard after check-out a $50 fee will be charged via the resolution center. The Guest is also financially responsible for any pet-related damages caused to the property during their stay and damage charges will be sent via the resolution center on AirBnB. No parties or gatherings allowed at this property. Maximum of 4 guests are to stay each night. Smoking and Vaping must be done outside the home and not near any open doors or windows. A $1000 additional cleaning fee will be charged through the resolution center for any smoking/vaping inside the home. While this is a quiet neighborhood, you may occasionally hear dogs barking, planes flying overhead or a train passing by. By booking this home you understand no refunds will be given for any reason, including but not limited to power outages, weather events, the presence of native insects or animals… and you are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to help in the event of unforeseen circumstances disrupting your trip.
