Enjoy a completely independent stay on our property thanks to the private entrance of the cottage, which is adjacent to our house. We remain available to support you while maintaining your privacy. This tastefully restored old barn, nestled in a real green setting, is the perfect place to recharge your batteries while enjoying the private Jacuzzi. To ensure the peace and quiet of the place, parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed. The space From the moment you arrive, you’ll be captivated by a large 45-m² living room, designed as a true space for sharing and socializing. The fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, microwave, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, etc.) has been set up in an authentic, century-old bar—the very first bar in the town of Châteauroux—giving this space a unique character and an atmosphere steeped in history. You will also find essentials (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar) as well as a few pods of coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and herbal teas to get your stay off to a good start. The warm and welcoming living room features a corner sofa, a TV, and board games for relaxing moments with ease. The dining area, featuring a beautiful solid oak table, invites you to enjoy good meals in a convivial atmosphere. A high chair is also available for little ones. Upstairs, accessed via an elegant spiral staircase, you will find the sleeping area, which consists of three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. Sheets and towels are provided for your comfort. Bedroom 1: Double bed 140x200 Bedroom 2: Double bed 160x200 Bedroom 3: a space designed for children with a 160 x 200 floor bed, a crib, a dresser with a changing table, and some toys. A baby bath is also available. Outside, enjoy a setting conducive to relaxation with the Jacuzzi located under the courtyard, ideal in any season. Freely accessible from 10 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 10:30 pm, it promises you genuine moments of well-being. Maximum one-hour session recommended. A break is scheduled in the afternoon to ensure the cleaning and filtration of the water, thereby guaranteeing impeccable hygiene. A cozy outdoor dining area allows you to extend these moments over a good meal, while the sunset view enhances your evenings, ensuring a pleasant and unforgettable experience.
