Downtown Basement Apartment

Your family or friends will enjoy a nice, quiet neighborhood to stay in while visiting Gillette. This basement apartment is attached to our house, but you’ll feel like you’re in your own unique space. You’ll be within walking distance to our cozy downtown Gillette Main Street! A 10 minute walk downtown will allow you to see our great local shops and restaurants. You’d also be a 5 minute drive to any grocery store, gas station and the interstate from our neighborhood. The space This cozy basement apartment has a beautiful street view and tons of natural lighting! You won’t feel like you’re in a basement with the ground level view and amount open space we have here. This spacious unit has a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. You would have access to a washer & dryer with complementary detergent you can use during your stay. A nice big living room will be all yours to use with plenty of room to relax on our 2 couches and lazy boy chairs. You will have guest access to our Roku TV hook up. Also, the living room is carpeted and nice if you’re bringing infants or small children along on your trip! We do have some toys and activities children can use to play with as well! Guest access You will have your own separate entrance to this apartment. This is located through our basement door, which is connected to a driveway that faces Fifth Street. You will be allowed to park your vehicles safely there. Also, you’d have access to free street parking on Fifth Street, if you are pulling a trailer or traveling with multiple vehicles. Other things to note Our water system in the basement seems to get more backed up due to invasive roots in our pipes that creep in during summer months. All we ask is to avoid using dishwasher, washing machine and showers all at the same time. If you can space water use out, then you will be fine!
