We look forward to hosting guests from all cultures and backgrounds. We hope our home brings our guests as much happiness during their stay as it has brought to our family over the years. This hidden gem is only a 1-minute drive to Patapsco State Park for hiking, picnicking, fishing, or relaxing by the water. There are countless activities available since we are located between Baltimore and Washington, DC. Our condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, open living room and dining room, kitchen, office, and outside patio. The master bedroom has a queen bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, closet, floor length mirror, while the second bedroom has two twin beds, dresser, and closet. Both bedrooms have black out curtains so you can sleep in, if you want. We also keep a Twin hide-a-way bed and 4 foldable chairs in the master closet. Each of our 2 bathrooms have a shower or bathtub. On the inner wall, you will find a body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispenser for your use. There is also extra roles of toilet paper in each bathroom. Our kitchen is equipped with the essential cookware, dinnerware, and utensils you'll need to prepare meals. There is a Keurig to make single cups of coffee (K-cups). Your first morning will have K-cups provided in your Welcome Basket. There is also a coffee pot in the kitchen w/filters, coffee grounds, tea bags, and sugar located in the canister set on the counter. Enjoy sitting on the patio sipping your morning coffee or tea. The 4 chairs and small table in the office can be taken out to the patio. Our condo has plenty of natural lights streaming in through the wall full of windows in the living room and office. Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer in the laundry room. One washer detergent pod and one dryer towel are provided in your Welcome Basket. Enjoy our SMART TV that has some streaming apps to log into. If TV isn't of any interest, bring out the board games and cards stored on the table in the living room. WELCOME BASKET & BINDER You will find a welcome basket on the table in the living room. It contains: • Extra toiletries • Detergent pod and dryer towel • 2 K-cups (per night) • 2 Bottles of Juice • 4 Bottles of Water • 2 Snack Bars • Welcome Binder that includes the home manual with instructions and tips to help orient guests, as well as a listing of attractions, local restaurants, and upcoming events in the area NON-SMOKING POLICY We respectful request that our AIRBNB guests do not smoke in our condo. In addition to the $100 fee for additional cleaning requirements, we have other guests stay with us who have allergies. NO PETS ALLOWED POLICY We also respectfully request that our AIRBNB guests do not bring pets into our condo. LOCATION This home is the perfect getaway, and its location makes it easy for you to get around. It is near amenities like grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, stores, and shopping malls. It is also close to Baltimore and Washington, DC, for those who love baseball, basketball and football. PARKING Parking is free for up to two cars in the lots outside the building near the front door and around back is permitted. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY Standard Check-In Time is 3:00 PM. Late night arrival is fine. We send detailed entry instructions on the day of your scheduled arrival with the door code. Check-Out Time is 11:00 AM. General Check-In and Check-Out instructions will be provided 48 hours before check-in. CLEANING CREW Our cleaning crew take pride in providing a clean, refreshing experience for each guest.
