Our charming townhouse from the 19th century is in the heart of the Middle Franconian small town of Lauf a.d. Pegnitz right next to the historic Wenzelschloss. It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away. The space The living space of the historic townhouse is divided into three floors. On the first floor are the dining area, the well-equipped kitchen and the guest toilet with shower. On the 2nd floor, there are two bedrooms (each with a double bed), a small extra room with a foosball table and sofa bed and the bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Up on the 3rd floor is the cozy living area with a couch, fireplace and roof terrace. Guest access The entire house is rented for your own use. Arrival is possible both by car and by train. The Lauf links S-Bahn station or the Lauf right Regional Express station are within minutes walking distance. From there, it is approx. 20 minutes to Nuremberg Central Station - without changing trains. When arriving by car, it can be parked at the nearby large parking lot. There is no parking in front of the house. However, loading and unloading in front of the house is possible. Other things to note The house is entered from the outside via a few steps and inside via a wooden staircase.
