Comfy Room w/ Private Full Bath in Renovated Home

This renovated South Philly home is peaceful and centrally-located. The completely private room with its own full bathroom includes queen-size bed, full-length mirror, dresser and mini-fridge. You'll also have access to a garden area, full kitchen, dining room and living room. Location is ideal! On a lovely quiet block, a short subway ride into Center City and walking distance to restaurants and nightlife on Passyunk Ave. Also close to the Sports/Concert venues, to the PHL airport and to I-95. The space My house is set up like a typical South Philly rowhome, except for the fact that it’s been completely renovated. You walk into the living room with a huge, comfy couch and exposed brick. The dining room has a vintage chandelier and the kitchen is small yet functional with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and kerig machine. There’s also a convenient half bathroom on this floor and a lovely backyard with lots of plants and a gravity chair where you can enjoy the complementary coffee. Your room is downstairs and is completely private with its own door that you can lock from the inside and you’ll also have a key to lock it when you’re out. The bathroom has a rain showerhead and a seat and there’s plenty of towels and also some toiletries for anything you may have forgotten. A washer/dryer is also on this floor that you’re welcome to use.
