The Potting Shed is a clean, light filled studio, appointed with reclaimed materials, retaining much of its original charm with a modern feel. The shed is all yours with private access through a gate to our garden. Depending on the season, there are plums, apples, lemons and loads of veggies and herbs to help yourself to and enjoy! There is a large patio with furniture to enjoy your meals, your book or a bottle of wine. We live at the front of the property and are available for questions and also happy to give you your privacy. Free on street parking, street sweeping the second Tuesday and Wednesday of each month. We are happy to answer any questions you might have about the space, the neighborhood or the Bay Area in general. We are also happy to socialize if and when we're in town or give you all the privacy you'd expect at your own house. We are located on a cul-de-sac in Southwest Berkeley, walking distance to Berkeley Bowl West (literally the best grocery store in the world), Ashby Bart station and local cafes and restaurants. Ashby Bart station is an easy 15 minute walk. Freeway access less than 0.5 miles away. Great area for biking/walking to local cafes and shops.
