Nestled in the heart of The Snowden District of Southaven, MS our centrally located Airbnb is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. Just a stones throw away from Snowden Grove Baseball Complex, Bank Plus Amphitheatre, Tanger Outlets, Silo Square, and a short drive to FedEx World Hub in Memphis, TN. With 4 cozy bedrooms (6 beds) and 3 bathrooms it makes getting ready for the day or winding down at night a breeze! The back patio is perfect for grilling while the kids play on the swing set. The space This property has 3 bedrooms downstairs (primary bedroom with a king bed and attached private bathroom, bedroom 2 with a queen bed, and bedroom 3 with a queen bed). There is also a centrally located full bathroom downstairs. Upstairs there is a bonus room/bedroom 4 with 2 full sized bunk beds, and 3rd full bathroom. In the garage the kids (or adults) can play ping-pong or air hockey and have a separate place to "get-away" to. Guest access No access to the attic. Other things to note 📝 Additional Info: • Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials including trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and a few Keurig coffee pods. These are meant to get you started—guests may need to purchase more for longer stays. • Trash Pickup: Trash runs early Friday mornings. If your stay includes a Thursday night, please place trash bins by the street before going to bed. • Yard Maintenance: The yard is professionally maintained. We do our best to schedule service outside of guest stays, but this is not always within our control. If someone is scheduled during your stay, we’ll give you advance notice. • No Parties or Extra Guests: This Airbnb has a strict no-party policy. Additional fees will be incurred if there are signs of a party or an excessive mess. No additional guests are allowed on the property unless prior arrangements are made with the host. • Mid-Stay Cleanings: If you would like a professional cleaning service during your stay, please let us know in advance. We’re happy to help coordinate for an additional fee. Highly recommended for long-term guests. • Grill Use: A gas grill is available on the porch. We do our best to keep the propane tank full. If it’s empty, it can be exchanged at CVS nearby for a minimal fee. Please note: if the propane tank is stolen, a $100 replacement fee will apply. • Plumbing Reminders: • Do not pour grease or oil down the kitchen sink or garbage disposal. Please dispose of it in the trash. • Toilets are for toilet paper only—please do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or any other materials. • Damage Notice: If anything is damaged during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can address it. • Check-In / Check-Out: • Check-in: 3:00 PM – Early check-in may be available for a $200 fee (subject to availability). • Check-out: 10:00 AM – A $200 late checkout fee applies if guests are not out by this time. Please request in advance if you need extra time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. • Lost & Found: We are not responsible for items left behind. However, we will do our best to locate them and can mail them back to you for a fee. • Construction Disclaimer: We cannot predict construction activity in the area and are not responsible for any noise or inconvenience it may cause. No refunds will be issued due to nearby construction. Should it become a problem, we will do our best to contact the contractor. • Utilities & Internet: This property has reliable internet access, but we are not liable for any outages. No compensation will be given for temporary loss of utilities (water, gas, electric, or internet) due to unforeseen circumstances. • Maintenance & HVAC Use: Please report any maintenance issues immediately. For energy efficiency and to maintain comfort, do not leave windows or doors open while the air conditioning or heat is on.
