This authentic log cabin is nestled in 40 acres of hardwood forest, accented by dozens of gorgeous flower gardens, complete with a pond and waterfall. Great for nature lovers, romantic getaways, crafting groups, and other small get-togethers with family and friends. Bring your 4-wheelers or boats and enjoy the nearby trails and lakes. The space This custom built log home is spacious and comfortable. MAIN floor: Bedroom with queen bed. Bathroom with shower and antique cast iron tub. Living room with lots of comfy seating, TV, blu-ray player and movies. Sun room offers more comfy seating with TV, Blu-ray player, and great views of the gardens and pond with waterfall. Enjoy watching the many varieties of birds eating from the feeders and playing in the birdbaths. Dinning table has 6 chairs, and the little island has 2 stools. Folding chairs in storage if needed. There is a large entrance room with washer, dryer, and coat hooks. DOWNSTAIRS: Bedroom with double bed and twin bed. Bathroom with shower. Cute bar area with a small refrigerator. Very large living space with table, chairs, stools, and lots of other comfy seating. TV and blu-ray player, numerous games and puzzles. UPSTAIRS: Very large bedroom with queen bed and 2 twin beds. Loft sitting area with nice view. OUTDOORS: Fire pit, gas and charcoal grills, lots of seating, plus a dinning table. Pond and waterfall, dozens of gorgeous flower gardens, outdoor games, best bocce ball area you may have ever seen! Trails through the woods to a fabulous sunset viewing spot. Guest access The entire house is yours to use during your stay. Also, you’re welcome to enjoy walking out in the 40 acres of woods. There’s a great place to watch the sunset by following the trails to the back of the property. Back there you’ll find a small table and various chairs. So grab your favorite beverage and enjoy. You’re also welcome to use the awesome fire pit. I even supply the wood and fire starting material. Although, at times it’s hard to keep the wood dry, so you may want to bring out a starter bundle from town. I have several outdoor games you can use. The massive park like yard is the best spot ever for bocce ball! There is tons of seating around the fire pit and over by the pond. But, there is also an outdoor eating table with 6 chairs. If by chance it’s a rainy day, you can still enjoy being outdoors on the wonderful front porch. Very cozy and lots of seating as well.
