Private Pool: Enjoy a dip in the pool to cool off in this hot South Texas heat! Fenced Yard: A safe and spacious area for your family, pet/s and any outdoor activities. Pets Allowed**: Fur-babies allowed to join in on the adventure! **Pets are allowed by PRIOR approval only and with an additional cost of $25 per pet/day. **In the event of damage to the property caused by the pet/s, it will be the full responsibility of the primary guest to cover 100% of the cost of damages. Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom- Newly furnished King bed with its own private bathroom/shower for added comfort and privacy; New TV included. Bedroom 2: Newly furnished Queen bedroom with its own full bathroom/shower for time efficiency and increased guest privacy; New TV included. Bedroom 3: Queen bed with new TV included.
