Spacious self-contained studio

This self-contained studio runs alongside our home, where we live with our 2 dogs who are likely to greet you. It offers privacy, garden views and all the facilities you will need to enjoy your stay. It is light, bright and on a quiet street, ideal for leisure/work with fast Wifi. It is centrally located; 10 mins drive to the ocean, 15 mins to the city and 20 mins to the Swan Valley wine region. It has easy bus and train access to link you to all that Perth has to offer. STRA6021V1VH1WL5 The space Has everything 2 adults need (not suitable for children) to enjoy a comfortable break, be self sufficient. The studio contains one double bed, catering for the comfort for either one or two people. The studio has space to have a home office; this includes a study desk with ample room for your laptop and monitors; along with fast and reliable WIFI. There are also two comfortable chairs on the front porch; so feel free to make a nice cuppa or a cold beverage and take time to relax and view the garden. The washing machine is a washer/dryer. Cooking facilities include a microwave/convection oven; portable induction cooking hob (Including a selection of saucepans and frypans) and an air-fryer. We have a hand rail to assist entering the Studio and also shower rails for your added safety. Your car can be safely park off road on our second driveway. Other things to note We have two dogs, Kira and Jersey living in our main house which runs along the side of the Studio. Kira is an older Jack Russell Cross; 15 years and Jersey a 5 year old Jack Russell. They are likely to greet you at the front porch window; please say hello back. We are quite eco friendly with solar hot water, solar panels with a back up solar battery system.
