Large walk out basement w/ gorgeous views

Private walkout basement with large living area, spacious backyard, and gorgeous views of Pine Valley Mountain, the Red Mountains, & the black desert lava fields. Our space is peaceful, clean, and we take pride in making sure you have everything you need. You will be close to grocery stores, multiple restaurants, gas stations, Black Desert Golf Course, Tuacahn, Snow Canyon State Park, walking trails, & many sports locations. We own 2 very friendly Doodles who have access the backyard The space Enjoy plenty of space in this 1700 sq ft walkout basement. You can relax while watching your favorite movie or TV show on a 70" TV with 5.1 surround sound and sub woofer. There is plenty of seating for everyone as the room has 2 full very comfortable sofas, an oversized chair, and 2 Love Sac bean bags. There is a pool table and ping pong table for you to enjoy. We have a full kitchen including a toaster, coffee pot, rice cooker and kettle. An instant pot, crock pot, and air fryer are available upon request. Bedroom 1 has a king siz bed, a view of the backyard w/gorgeous scenery, and a Jack & Jill bathroom which shares a toilet room and shower with the 2nd bedroom. Each bedroom has its own sink & mirror. There is a large closet with lots of shelving and plenty of space for hanging clothes. It is newly painted with brand new carpet. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, and also a twin bed. There is a large closet with lots of shelving and ample space for hanging clothes. It has a Jack & Jill bathroom which shares a toilet room & shower with bedroom 1. It has its own separate sink and mirror. Basic toiletries are included such as shampoo, conditioner and soap. Half bath off living room The backyard is very large with many trees to provide shade. There are 2 soccer goals on either side of the lawn, and we can provide you with a ball if you request it. Corn Hole and Bocci are also available on request. There is a picnic table for outdoor dining. We have 2 Doodles who are incredibly friendly (raised around small children) who have access to the backyard There is a separate heating/AC system that controls the entire basement. The thermostat is located in one of the bedrooms near the light switch Tesla charger available upon request There are multiple pickle ball courts in the area-3 minute drive. Groceries, gas, and restaurants-1 minute drive. Black Desert Golf Course-8-10 min walk to hole 6 Walking paths that border Black Desert Golf Course with gorgeous views -they are spectacular in the early morning and at dusk- 3 minute walk Multiple baseball fields that are used for tournaments- 3-5 minute drive Sand Hollow Aquatics Center (SHAC) -5 minute drive Snow Canyon State Park-8 minute drive Gunlock State Park-20 minute drive Many hiking and biking trails close by Extra twin mattresses available on request Guest access You'll have access to the entire walkout basement, which is 1700 square feet.
